Welcome to the Giraffe Centre, a very unique place to see, feed, handle and even kiss the tallest animal species-Giraffe from a raised wooden structure, which is quite an experience. The centre is located roughly 20km away from the centre of Nairobi. Across from the Giraffe Centre is a small nature walk that features two other giraffes and a variety of unique plants and birds

David Sheldrick elephant orphanage is a rescue center for orphaned elephants that is open to the public for viewing mud baths and visitors can also get a chance to feed the elephants here.

Lake Naivasha is a fresh water lake in Kenya, outside the town of Naivasha in Nakuru County. It lies to the northwest of Nairobi. Lake Naivasha is one of the primary drinking holes for buffalos, zebras, impalas and other grazers, as well as a favourite place of the hippos to cool themselves.

Let’s visit the Masai Mara Game Reserve, located in Kenya’s wildlife jewel Masai Mara National Park. Nowhere in Africa is wildlife more abundant, and it is for this reason a visitor hardly misses to see the big five. For most of their lives they graze in the savannahs and open woodlands which are in the boundaries of Tanzania and Kenya. The annual migration towards the northwest takes place at the end of the rainy season (usually in May or June) and is recognised as one of the “Seven wonders of the world”. The migration route crosses many rivers, most filled with giant Nile crocodiles.

Next we will head towards one of Kenya’s alkaline lakes – Lake Elementaita. Elementaita is derived from the Masaai word “muteita”, meaning "dust place", a reference to the dryness and dustyness of the area. This soda lake is a World Heritage Site as it is part of the Kenya Lake Systems in the Great Rift Valley.
